MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Lucia Beram

MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I'm Lucia Beram...

...I'm drawn to supporting others in therapeutic settings through a client-centered approach that empowers individuals to manage emotions and improve their quality of life. My experience includes working with diverse groups such as unhoused individuals, sexual assault survivors, the LGBTQ2IA community, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.

I believe our values, behaviors, and identities are shaped by our environment, and that self-awareness is key to meaningful change. Respecting client autonomy, I aim to understand each person’s unique experiences, priorities, and goals.

Using a biopsychosocial lens, I consider the biological, psychological, and social factors influencing well-being. My interventions raise awareness of these influences and support change both in and beyond therapy.

I also emphasize psychoeducation to foster self-understanding and build lasting skills in self-care, communication, self-worth, functioning, and relationships.

MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I'm Jessica Klimkovitch...

...I am nearing the end of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and have a background in nursing, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding the connections between physical and mental health.

Through my nursing education and mental health placements, I discovered a deep interest in supporting individuals facing complex emotional challenges, particularly during times of transition and vulnerability. I am currently completing my practicum at Trust Therapy, where I continue to develop my skills as a student psychotherapist.

In my practice, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating emotional challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, chronic illness, coping with the illness of a loved one, caregiving, burnout, anxiety, and work-life balance. My approach is holistic and empathetic, with a focus on meeting you where you are and moving at your own pace.

Therapy isn't about having all the answers - it's about having the space to explore your thoughts, process your experiences, and find clarity. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward healing, self-understanding, and a greater sense of balance in your life.
