INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING - $165
In individual counseling sessions, clients can expect a safe and confidential space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our sessions are centered around building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients can feel understood and supported. Together, we'll work collaboratively to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges.
Counseling approaches and techniques will be tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly, providing a consistent and structured framework for progress. Throughout the process, clients are encouraged to share feedback, ask questions, and actively participate in their healing journey.
COUPLES/FAMILY COUNSELLING - $200
At Trust Therapy, our specialized couples and family counseling services offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment where both partners and families can openly communicate and address relationship dynamics. Our sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening emotional connections, fostering a deeper understanding and empathy within relationships.​

CHILD/ TEEN ART & PLAY THERAPY - $165
In art and play therapy sessions for children, parents can expect a nurturing and playful environment where their child can express themselves, process emotions, and develop coping skills through creative activities. Sessions are designed to engage children in age-appropriate art materials, games, and imaginative play that promote self-expression, emotional regulation, and social skills development.
Our therapists use a child-centered approach, encouraging exploration, creativity, and communication in a safe and non-judgmental space. Parents are involved in the therapeutic process and may receive guidance on supporting their child's emotional well-being at home. SUPPORT FOR NEW PARENTS/POSTPARTUM - $165
In support sessions for new parents, clients can expect a compassionate and nurturing space to navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood. Sessions focus on providing emotional support, practical guidance, and resources to help parents adjust to their new roles and responsibilities. Our therapists understand the unique experiences and transitions that come with parenthood, including sleep deprivation, relationship changes, and emotional adjustments.
Support may involve exploring parenting strategies, coping with stress, managing expectations, and fostering self-care practices. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs and concerns of each parent or couple, with a focus on promoting positive parent-child relationships and overall family well-being.
