About Aisha.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in Pharmacy (BSc) and a Master's in Counseling Psychology (MACP). My approach combines evidence-based practices with genuine compassion, bridging scientific understanding with heartfelt care. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward healing and growth. Having lived in both Eastern and Western North American contexts, I understand the unique challenges of navigating multiple cultural identities and intergenerational dynamics. I speak English, Urdu, and Hindi, and understand Punjabi. I work with individuals and families, with a special focus on youth and young adults managing academic pressures and cultural expectations. I also support clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and those adjusting to postpartum changes, helping them restore balance and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, find your strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
