Online therapy in British Columbia.
Secure video therapy for British Columbians from Vancouver to Kelowna to the Island, with the three-hour gap turning our evening hours into late-afternoon appointments that fit around a workday.
Serving Vancouver, Victoria, Surrey, Burnaby, Kelowna, and everywhere in between.
Virtual sessions are available to clients located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, subject to each province's rules for the clinician's profession. Ask us which clinicians can see clients in your province.
Why we can see you in BC
British Columbia does not currently restrict who may provide psychotherapy, which allows virtual sessions with our Ontario-registered clinicians.
On your clock
BC runs three hours behind Ontario, so our evening appointments fall in your late afternoon — 9 PM Eastern is 6 PM Pacific — with Sunday availability as well.
Paying for sessions here
BC’s Medical Services Plan does not pay for private counselling or psychotherapy. Extended health plans usually do, and we direct bill many insurers; otherwise a receipt follows every session.
What is different from here.
With a three-hour gap, a 9 PM Eastern appointment is 6 PM Pacific: late afternoon rather than late night, which is why many BC clients book right after work. Rural and island clients use the same secure video link as anyone in Vancouver, with no travel to the mainland.

Are evening appointments really available on Pacific time?
Our latest sessions are 9 PM Eastern, which is 6 PM Pacific, Monday to Thursday and Sunday, so after-work appointments are realistic from anywhere in BC.
Does MSP cover sessions with a Trust Therapy clinician?
No. MSP does not fund private psychotherapy or counselling. Extended health benefits through an employer typically do; the free consultation is the moment to ask what your plan covers.
Are your therapists licensed to work with British Columbia clients?
Our clinicians are registered in Ontario with the CRPO or OCSWSSW. British Columbia does not currently restrict psychotherapy to a provincially regulated title, which is what allows Ontario-registered therapists to see British Columbia clients virtually.
