Neurodiversity-affirming approaches have been found to improve quality of life for individuals with ADHD and autism. Research highlights that evidence-based strategies such as executive function coaching, social skills training, and CBT for emotional regulation can reduce distress and improve adaptive functioning.
Therapy can also help clients build self-acceptance and reduce stigma. Studies suggest that when individuals receive support tailored to their strengths and challenges, outcomes improve not only for the individual but also within family and school or work contexts. Interventions that focus on self-advocacy, sensory regulation, and structured coping skills are strongly supported in the literature.

No. Therapy here is support, not assessment: our clinicians are psychotherapists, and a formal diagnostic assessment is done by a psychologist or physician. Therapy can start before a diagnosis or without one, and we can point you to assessment options if you want them.
Both. Adults who were diagnosed late, or who suspect ADHD or autism, are a large part of this work, alongside children, teens and the parents supporting them.
Take the first step toward positive change. Our compassionate therapists are here to support you.
