I'm a second-year Psychology BSc student at York University. At Trust Therapy I work as an administrative assistant, helping to coordinate daily tasks and ensuring clients have a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they reach out to us. The goal of this role is to help strengthen and confirm my interest in clinical practice and give me valuable insight into how mental health care is delivered in a professional work setting. My goal at this clinic is to create a supportive and comfortable environment for everyone seeking care. Whether I'm helping schedule your appointments, answering questions and phone calls, or connecting clients with therapists that fit their needs, I strive to do my best to ensure each client feels heard, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward their mental health journey.
